Every product we sell comes with a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty (from date of original purchase) in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered with a refurbished product.


14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, return it to us with all the contents and packaging intact within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

To return products, you must inform us in writting, by e-mail , or fax (08700 519 651) . You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail. You are responsible for the safe return of the products to us. You are advised to retain proof of posting. Postages are not refundable.

We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:

1. You return your product without proof of purchase;
2. The seal has been broken on any software
3. The goods were a special order to your specification.
